Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after submitting your ad request to request a return.

Ads on TenbandTV are non-refundable once the ad is placed in an event. 

In the event that you are dis-satisfied with the ad that is provided or created, we will refund your sponsorship fee any time prior to delivery or up to one week after the ad begins to run.
